| Kiwanis Club of San Marcos Holiday Parade Coloring Contest for kids 10 and under

Entering is easy - Join the fun!
- Pick a day - or pick all of them! Enter often to increase your chances of winning!
- Print out your coloring sheet(s) and get busy coloring
with crayons, markers, colored pencils...whatever you choose.
- Write the following information on the back of
each entry: Child's Name and Age, T-Shirt Size*, Parent's Name, Phone and/or Email.**
* Our special
thanks to MY LIFE TEES for donating a T-Shirt for each winner imprinted
with their artwork!
** Your contact info will only be used to notify winners. We do not spam and we will not
share your contact info.
Every contest has rules...here's
ours:
- The
Kiwanis Club of San Marcos Holiday Parade Coloring Contest is open to all children, ages 10 and under, who live in San Marcos
or attend private or public schools in the San Marcos Unified School District.
- The Kiwanis Club of San Marcos Holiday Parade Coloring
Contest begins on October 1, 2010 and ends on November 25, 2010.
- Only coloring sheets posted on our Kiwanis Club of San Marcos Holiday
Parade Coloring Contest page will be accepted.
- Only four entries per envelope but you can enter as many times as you want!
- Coloring sheets will not be returned UNLESS you
provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
- One
winner will be randomly drawn for each day in the song "The Twelve Days of Christmas". Only one winning entry
per child. Winners will be notified by phone or email no later than November 29, 2010.
- Each of the twelve winning children must be available to ride
on the Grand Marshal float in the parade on December 5th and must be accompanied by one parent or guardian. A participation
release will be required for each child and parent. Additional details will be provided to parents when they receive notification
that their child's artwork has been selected. Parents retain the right to decline permission to participate.
An alternate winner will then be selected.
- The Kiwanis Club of San Marcos reserves the right to use the winning coloring sheets in future
publicity and/or fundraiser events and to post them on our club website showing only the child's first name and
age.
- Permission will be requested for photos to be taken and used by the Kiwanis Club of San Marcos
in the club newsletter, on the club website, in news releases congratulating the winners and in a thank you certificate to
the business sponsoring the "day" for each contest winner.
